Stuck on a level, hitting a bug, can't restore a purchase, or have feedback you'd like us to hear? Email us directly:
To help us help you faster, please include:
- The name of the game and the platform you're playing on (iOS, macOS, Steam, etc.)
- The version of the game, if you can find it (usually in the in-game settings or store listing)
- A description of what happened, what you expected, and steps to reproduce if it's a bug
- A screenshot or short screen recording, if you have one
Refunds and purchases
Purchases of our games are processed by the platform you bought from (Apple App Store, Steam, etc.). Refund and billing questions are handled by that platform's customer support, since they hold the transaction record:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Steam: help.steampowered.com
